Description: Merit Youth Development Academy (MYDA) is project out of World Merit Malaysia that address the problem of youth unemployment. The program offers educational resources for young people to create their own job opportunities and training with renowned speakers to address soft skills desired by employers. Each participant is given access to a network and mentorship from industry professionals. To date the program has graduated over 100 participants.
