Uche Kenneth Udekwe
Nigeria
Uche Kenneth Udekwe (37) is a social entrepreneur and public health advocate dedicated to ending maternal and child deaths. After losing a loved one to childbirth complications in 2017, he founded NATAL CARES to provide life-saving healthcare solutions. His organization leverages mobile technology, machine learning, and low-cost innovations to support at-risk pregnant women, ensuring they receive medical monitoring and emergency care. Uche’s work is transforming maternal healthcare in underserved communities across Nigeria.

Chayma Benchikh
Morocco
Chayma Benchikh is a passionate university student and youth advocate with a strong foundation in leadership. She was the representative of the local youth forum for research and development in national and international solidarity projects. Currently, she serves as the Communication Responsible for sustainable and environmental projects in the Agadir Amghar association. Chayma is a participant in the Leadership Lab second edition and a Y4S fellow as a leader in Civic and Ecological Engagement.

Irfan Zehri Baloch
Pakistan
Irfan Zehri is a dedicated Volunteers4Cause (V4C) volunteer making a tangible impact in Balochistan. He mobilized a team of 15 volunteers to distribute warm jackets to underprivileged children and elderly individuals in Khuzdar, with plans to expand the initiative to Tehsil Zehri. Collaborating with local NGOs and Community-Based Organizations, he also facilitates community donations of warm clothing and shoes for those in need. Through his efforts, Irfan proves that small acts of kindness can bring warmth and hope to vulnerable communities.

Ghana
George is a purpose-driven leader with over a decade of experience in youth development, education, and health. As the co-founder of Captain Foundation and Captain Schools, he provides free education to disadvantaged children while promoting sustainable development. He also co-founded the Centre for WASH and Sustainable Energy, leading initiatives in mentorship, volunteerism, and social investment. George’s passion for education and community impact continues to transform lives and inspire change

Essaid Meria
Morocco
Essaid Meria is a researcher and community development facilitator with extensive experience working in isolated communities. As a field manager and coordinator, he has led projects that promote leadership, entrepreneurship, and youth engagement while utilizing participatory approaches, storytelling, and human-centered design. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in sociology, his research focuses on the role of international organizations in development. Essaid sees volunteerism and community engagement as catalysts for both personal and community growth, using his skills to drive meaningful change.
